Unit contains the following: The Resort on Cocoa Beach features 124 luxurious two bedroom two bathroom (whirlpool tub in bathroom off master bedroom) condominiums designed to comfortably sleep six adults (2 people per each bedroom, couch in living room area pulls out to sleep an additional 2 people.). At The Resort on Cocoa Beach, every condominium has its own large private balcony across the living room area from which to view the ocean. For your comfort and convenience, each unit is air conditioned, fully furnished and equipped with all appliances ( Dining area, full kitchen with dishwasher/microwave, washer/dryer, cable TV\'s in living area as well as in Master bedroom, VCR, telephone (2) computer accessible.). Everything you need is already here, in your home away from home.
The unit shown here is an Ocean View unit, B pool (Light Red), Float unit with your stay going from Sunday to Sunday. For an additional $200 per reservation period, you can reserve your week during the A pool (Red) time periods. The resort is classified as a Red category for all months in the year because of its high desirability all year long. Unit trades as a Red unit for RCI (Resort Condominiums International) and VRI (Vacation Resort International) trading. Currently annual maintenance fees are ~$814.37/year. You can\'t find a nicer resort in which to own a timeshare.
We additionally have an Ocean Front unit for rent, but it is not for sale. The difference between the Ocean View and the Ocean Front unit is that the Ocean View unit is on the side of the resort and you can view the ocean by coming out on the balcony and looking towards the ocean. The Ocean Front unit is on the back of the resort directly facing the ocean, and you can see the ocean by looking straight out the living room window towards the balcony. In some ocean front units (units not on the corner of the resort bilding), the balcony stretches across both the living room and the master bedroom, and the master bedroom has a sliding glass door to the balcony through which you can access the balcony as well as view the ocean from your bed. When renting the Ocean View unit, it is not possible to guarentee whether you get a unit that has the balcony across the master bedroom or not.
